I just picked up some radio slaves for my flashes from
www.gadgetinfinity.com.
I was testing them today and was completely satisfied with the results ... no misfires or lost shots. Syncing up to 1/250 sec consistantly with my 1dsIII. Happy with my investment at $24.95 each.
On a whim I picked up a radio camera trigger as well ...
It does everything it claims to ... half press focus, good range etc.
BUT ... when I use it in combination with the radio slaves for the flashes the syncing goes to hell. I can get 1/60th ok some of the time but i get quite a few black frames as well!!
For what it is worth I tested the camera trigger with a hard wired flash and there were no problems.
I can only assume there is some kind of radio interference going on with the 2 systems.
Anyone have any ideas on a work arround?
