Same questions as a month ago. I have not recieved the most recent DVD. what's up??

If you have not done so already, you should write to customer service.
They do not necessarily read postings on the forum.

As to what happened to it, hard to say. It could simply have been lost in the mail, which happens all too frequently, I'm afraid.
