Recently, I had taken my Epson P800 to an authorized Epson repair facility (400 miles away) to have the ink selector replaced. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that the printer was updated to the latest firmware. After getting it back home, I have been trying to get to the change firmware screen, doing the 3 button procedure (power, home & back) to be able to get to the firmware change screen. Instead, I get a different screen that I cannot get rid of to get the change firmware screen to be able to install a chipless solution software. Image included of what I get. The normal power on will let me do normal printing, but require the Chipless Solution to be able to use 3rd party carts and ink (piezography).
