Print is coming out SO much brighter than screen

Hey guys.  Usually I have a problem with prints being too dark when they print.  This time the print comes out VERY bright and totally doesn't match my image on screen.  I've attached the screenshot of my image when I open in Photoshop and the result that prints.  What am I doing wrong?  I'm using Canons Print Plugin and using No Color Correction

It looks like "bright" is least of the problems given how far off the colours are (blue vs violet/purple, etc).

You might need to give a lot more detail about your colour management settings from end to end to offer help. Image colour space, working colour space, app vs printer managed colour settings (in both the app and the printer driver), printer model, printer profile used, any conversion settings used, etc, etc... And ditto for your display colour management settings if you're trying to do soft proofing as well. And ofc verifying that your printer is actually working correctly (no ink delivery issues and a valid calibration/linearization).

I'd start at the beginning with a CM guide and walk thru every setting line by line...

Color Mode: "No Color Correction" is only for profiling chart printing purpose, you should use "Use ICC Profile" mode instead

Now that you mention that it has been a while since I've printed.  I got a printhead error before the job started.  I restarted machine and it started to print like this.  Let me check calibration/printhead.  Thank you!

I did the nozzle checks and printhead cleanings and chose Use the Embedded Profile on the popup when opening the image and now it's printing perfectly.
