Simulating Print Framing

This is a bit off topic here, but I am not sure where else to put it...

Does anybody know of a freely available tool that can be used to create an image of a framed print in a simulated location (ie a room). I am looking for something that will allow me to download the result and upload it to my website. I know some online framers use similar tools, but I have not been able to find one where the results can be downloaded.

Ideally it should include:

-upload of the image
-selection of frame
-upload of the location or at least a selection of simulated locations
-download of the result

Hi, I've seen many examples of artists using images like that to market their works online (especially on IG) but I don't know what platforms they use. I assume it's a feature of whichever art-oriented e-commerce platforms they're using.

My guess is they're just room templates and the image is pasted into the frame or canvas wrap, so would be relatively easy to make one in PS, etc.

You can easily make an action in photoshop to frame a print. Just extend the canvas, paint it white, save, extend the canvas again and paint it black and you have a framed print. Then you just paste it on a wall.
