Ink availability for Epson Stylus Pro 4000/4800/4880?

Hi all,

I am based in Europe. While colour ink cartridges for the printers mentioned in the subject line are available, I am having no luck buying the matte black cartridge (T6148) anywhere. One shop claims that this ink is discontinued. (But colour inks are not? Make this make sense to me.)

Does anyone know what the situation really is?
