Needing Burst mode

hello all,
I work with Phaseone XF, Mamiya RZProIID, and Elinchrom Rangers,
and know nothing about DSLRs.
My project requires shooting actors in mid-jump and capturing Hollywood style blood squibs in mi-air.
Can anyone recommend a DSLR and zoom lens combo?
also not sure of my existing Rangers can handle burst or strobe lighting. Thanks
