No it's not an overpriced, buggy operating system, it's a composite of 15 images - well 14 images actually, but 15 windows

Interesting. Initially, I thought it was just an awkward or bizarre building (designed by an artist and misunderstood architect) but the collage is very well done.
Bravo for the idea!

It was just one of those things. I saw the windows and their different colours and instantly knew what I wanted to do with them and that it would work.
Ideas I have only work sometimes, in fact they fail more often than not. But I knew this one was a winner, as soon as I saw it.
