Route Mapping App Suggestions

I am looking for a route mapping app for my iPad that will allow me to track my route, let me place a "pin" at a certain location, give me mileage along the route, and at the end of the trip, let me print a copy of the trip. Something relatively easily used in a car.

When I was shooting the Palouse with Kevin Raber some time ago he had a good app for which I have lost the name of, but any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Mapquest has a route planner, but last time I tried it, it worked only for North America.
When I typed into the starting or stop destination a place in Europe,  it was changed immediately by the program to "Clyde E Buckley Wildlife Sanctuary and Audubon Center".
Even in Canada, the program seems to recognize only the larger towns, it ignores small hamlets or villages.

Yku have to use the loca! mapquest site, for instance in the uk it is www.mapquest.co.uk

this might work in UK, but I wanted to make a route plan through several countries in Central Europe, and still have a problem. When typing a www.mapquest.de or www.mapquest.it, I get a message that Mapquest Street Map for that country has been retired, but those features will be soon available on Mapquest.com.
 
No problem with mapquest.com or mapquest.ca for Street Maps or Route Planner in USA and Canada.

I've just noticed that the .uk site now takes you to the .com site but that seems to work perfectly in the UK though you start with a big map of North America and have to zoom out to the whole world map, select your country of interest and then zoom in again. I managed to plot routes in the UK, between UK and France and  a route in Western Australia.

I use Gaia GPS premium version. All around great. A few very minor bugs with Android but not deal breakers - not sure about IOS issues. I use it all over the world - route making, tracking, pin locations etc. etc. Gaia GPS

I use GPS Tracks on an iPhone and have found it to be wonderful.  I pay for "Pro" so that I can export the tracks in multiple formats for use in other places (e.g. the map module of Lightroom Classic).
