With or without the bush (NSFW)
« on: March 29, 2020, 08:24:44 pm »

What do you guys think. With or without the green bush in the background? Part of me thinks its more natural with the bush but the other part of me thinks the bush is a distraction.........sorry the NSFW is my sick sense of humour LOL
The bird is a Malay Fish Owl.

My vote is to leave the bush, but tone it down in both brightness and saturation.  Especially near the RHS border.

I agree. The first is just as good, but has a more studio like look.

Just tone down brightness and saturation a bit as has been suggested...otherwise (2nd vers.) you have a lot of "unnecessary?" negative space on right with bird so close to left side of frame. Bringing up the deepest "blacks" slightly might help as well
