Today Topaz released its latest AI product, Sharpen AI.

It's free for existing users of InFocus, or discounted for new customers.

I have tried out the 30-day trial version. The results are pretty decent.
Even the out of focus subject in the image can be sharpened to a pretty decent level.
I have tried it on Landscape, Portrait and Wildlife Images.
