I am on CC version as well. The jaggies seem to get solved when I set the PSD source images to 110 dpi. the 100% zoom in the pdf file in this case matches the Photoshop rendering.
The Acrobat Reader. however, offers very poor image zooming, causing jagged artifacts at various zoom levels.
There is another issue with rendering of text in PDF when produced via Photoshop's PDF Presentation.
In the final PDF text appears muddy, more so when zooming.
When PDF is rendered via Scribus, the same text with the same fonts is rendered very clean and remains clean-looking regardless of zoom in the Acrobat Reader.
Photoshop's PDF Presentation output has distinctly different text rendering depending on "Standard" selected in the dropdown.
When any kind of PDF/X standard is selected, text is rendered with good "presence", but is too thick and muddy.
When Standard is set to "None", text is less muddy but is rendered very faintly, as if it is un-un-bolded.
Any suggestions would be appreciated:)!
