E-mail PhaseOne or contact a dealer, they can run the numbers....but if you have to ask, then the answer might be more readily apparent.....

Yeah, I'd check with a dealer - who perhaps can even tell you its service history etc. Also there are many stolen camera databases and registries. You can search for the serial and see if it comes up in any.
