Which Proof Profile to choose?

If my goal is to have an image in Capture One look as close as possible to what it will look like in Photoshop, what is the best Proof Profile to choose.  Is it "Selected Recipe" or "ProPhoto?"  And if the latter, which "ProPhoto?"  I use ProPhoto as my colorspace in CS4.

The proof profile menu is for proofing... i.e. to check how an image looks like when not matched to the color profile normally used for output. So if you set your output recipe to ProPhoto the proof profile should be set to "selected recipe" (although it basically wouldn't matter to set ProPhoto as proof profile; it's the same in this case).
Which ProPhoto? Either way... it's just listed twice because Photoshop's "recommended profiles" folder contains ProPhoto.
