I have upgraded my video card in my 2009 MacPro. I have left an ATI4890 in perfect working condition. It has 2 DVI ports that work great. It has been custom flashed for MacOS. It comes in a box with all the cables and a CD rom with the drivers for OSX10.5. For 10.6 these can be downloaded.
It is a breeze to install in your MacPro. Especially for those that have a MacPro 1.1 this card will give a performance boot.
