Hello there,
I am interested in preparing a custom album kit of samples of my photos, like a portfolio; this may be a lengthy project and will not be done overnight, but at some point in the coming months, I would like to have a completed album of fine art prints, that I could show to any clients that I may do part time work for, in photography. I'm interested in the 8x8 or 12x12 sizes. I have found two kits from fine paper mfrs. that I like, and wanted to see if anyone has used these kits or others:
Innova has the "OPUS soft texture album kit" and also
Hahnmuelhe has a "Hahnmuehle Photo Album" kit available also.
Both are for sale at Shades of Paper, and B&H also has the Innova kit. I dislike the albums with the plastic-y holders and sleeves, although I believe that I may need to use glassine envelopes for inner division between photos in the book, per the Light Impressions site. I want the post hole type attachment.
Any experience with these or other fine paper album kits?
Thanks, Debra
