Finally got back to printing with my P20000 after a multi-month quiet spell (business is s-l-o-w in the art-photo field!)
Agitated carts well, but a check showed various nozzles blocked up, and stayed that way despite multiple 'heavy' cleans.
Next step was to use use the head maintenance mode to set it to the left, and gently wipe the worst 2 underneath with foam sticks and inkjet cleaning sultion. (did the capping station too)
A bit better but still not there, and annoyingly the blockages move around a bit?!
So what finally worked? Simply printing something with it.
Set to 2880dpi 'Max Quality' on a heavyweight paper, and the nozzles totally cleared up!
Perfect nozzle pattern now.
Just sharing this in case others have same issue: do some 'scrap' printing and seemingly it forces enough ink through to clean any blockages.
