Canon R5 artifact on all photos

Canon R5 problem. I am on a photo trip to Southern Utah and after uploading my photos to my laptop I notice that all my photos have the artifact shown in the enclosed photo (upper left). It is present in photos taken with four different lenses, and is also present when viewed on the camera screen. Since there is no mirror, could a grease splatter still be the issue? When I get home if the problem persists, I have a cleaning kit and magnifying glass and will take a look and possibly clean the sensor. I would love some feedback on what you think could be the problem. My camera is fairly new, has only about 2,000 clicks.

Have it cleaned since it is new and within garantee. Don't do it yourself except with a blower.

I wrote the wrong side...the artifact is on the upper right, rather than left. Thanks for your advice. However, you may have noticed that photographers vary greatly in their opinions about cleaning sensors. Some just don't want to go anywhere near that, others (like me) love to tinker and aren't afraid of ruining the sensor by self cleaning. I have been cleaning my own sensors for about fifteen year and when I get home from my trip I will examine the sensor with the magnifying glass I bought specifically for viewing sensors, and if there is grease I will gently clean the sensor. If there is no grease...then I suppose I will contact Canon for advice.

I would definitely clean the sensor, it looks like something rubbed up against it. I remember every Canon 1Series that I've owned up until the 1Dx has needed cleaning but my two 5DIV's have been maintenance free over the past eight years. Of course, I typical shoot in controlled environments where there's very little contaminates.
