Canon R6 MII odd distortion on some images

Does anyone know what's going on here with this odd effect around all parts of the image? It seems intermittent; only some images show this. The lens is a 24-240, shooting raw; I just found this on some images and wonder if this is a shutter setting/issue. TIA.

It's a bug in Lightroom Classic only, with the lens profile for this one lens. Disable profile: Gone. Open in RawDigger (or Adobe Camera Raw) it isn't there. Bug reported.
