Metal Printing, for exhibition. Best for great results?

A gallery has asked me to do an exhibit of my work.
I'm thinking of displaying landscapes, and pages from my book which is my poetry mated to one of my photos.
From book will be full spread with poem text on the left, and an image on the right, like the book is spread open.
Quite a few will be 14h x 24w and then mixed printed separately of poem and image.

Seeking recommendations from companies you have had great experiences with.

What process are you using for your metal prints?

I looked at your site but found very little regarding printing on white base alum. sheets.

Did you see the metal print page. We try to keep it as uncluttered as possible for the many retail customers that care little about equipment and the process. We have 3 presses, all George Knight. 20x25ap air,
32x42 air Maxi Press and a 40x60 manual. We only use Chromaluxe and have the capability to custom cut if required. Our backs are a 3/4" aluminum frame which is included in the cost.
