Epson P900 paper feeding not straight

I have been using the top feed for 8x10, 13x19 and 17x22 Canson Rag Photographique papers and print with a 3/8" to 1/2" wide white border so any misalignment is easily seen.  Initially though about 200 sheets or so, the printer fed the sheets in straight and perpendicular.  However, recently, on 13x19 and 17x22 sheets, one side is fed in a little lower than the other side so the borders are all skewed.  The 8x10 sheets don't have this issue. 

To "fix" this issue, I have to physically help the sheet feeder by either holding the internal guides on both sides with moderate pressure so they won't move and the sheet will be fed straight or hold the sheet on both sides about halfway up with some pressure to maintain alignment to try to have it feed perfectly straight.  I succeed about 80-90% of the time.  Is this a known issue and if so, anyway to reset the feeding process?

We have the same printer and the same problem. We are printing greeting cards and sometimes when the card is about 90% printed it skews to the side and the remaining image is ruined. We have tried roller cleaning using the menus and it has helped but not solved the problem. Next we are going to buy some dedicated "cleaning sheets" and run them through through the printer. Maybe a warranty issue?

Feed  rollers sometimes get glazed with paper residue or age. Try feeding through some heavy weight paper with rubbing  alcohol on it. That has worked for me in the past on different model Epson.

Thanks for the replies.  I ran the maintainence function and it seemed to pull a sheet of paper through.  In regards to adding alcohol to the paper, would you just and it to the leading edge of the sheet?

To follow up--we also had issues with the leading edge of the paper snagging on something as it exited at the front of the printer. Epson customer service immediately said this is a known issue and overnighted us a new printer, which works fine.
