While our HMC locks with all our Hassy glass, I've heard anecdotal reports from a couple of users that the Hassy MC can be intolerant of lens mount wear on specific lenses and while it will mount, it will not lock, so am offering something very, very rare used - a set consisting of a virtually new (1378 activations) Hassy HC 50 Mod II lens together with a LN Hasselblad Macro Converter as a 'matched' (sounds cool) set.
While the HC 50mm Mod II is already considered '..the Otus' of the Hassy HC/D lens line, the HMC was designed specifically to take the 50II's performance at MFD (1-3') through the roof (see chart). The combo makes for a stellar 75mm F3.5 Macro on the Hasselblad HTS Tilt/Shift unit. The focus range works through 1-3' and AF, metering, etc., all work as it would with any HC/D lens. There is no change to effective aperture.
The combo can also be used, with MF, on the XDI/II an and all Fuji GF bodies with the requisite adapter(s).
