Santa Fe is heavily dependent on tourism, and on a Sunday, the plaza is usually packed with people and food vendors, being only a block from the Santa Fe Cathedral. Drove by today on the way to a supermarket and there were three people on the plaza, and two of them were street people. There's a whole block outside an old building where Native Americans sell their hand crafts; not a single person there. The Native Americans are really getting hit hard by the virus -- they have the worst contamination and the most deaths in New Mexico, even more than the larger cities like Albuquerque.
