Why allow you to push back, as seen in the results of hundreds of posts outlined. After you ask a question, the vast majority who've answered your questions get your typical expected and repeatable push back to the answers, all while not taking you seriously as a result.
Short answer: Whatever definition provided, you'll never accept it. As predicted. As expected. As seen over and over again. The result being more CWOBaT (colossal waste of bandwidth and time). Which is what you wish as so well outlined in your history of posting and so thoroughly outlined here already. 
You realize, you can lock this thread of silliness of your own design, anytime you wish.

Suggesting that I'm quoting selectively might be a good example of ad hominem.

It could be so construed only by those who persistently fail to understand the meaning of the term.

Anyway, Merriam-Webster and other dictionaries are available on-line for free for anyone to use. Here are some examples:

I looked at the first few, which are entirely in agreement with the definition and example I gave elsewhere in these forums (see the link to my post, above). I have better things to do with my time than to examine all the others, but I don't imagine they differ significantly.

Jeremy, you may want to do your homework before commenting. Your definition and examples in the other thread are in conflict with the definitions I linked to. I'll give one example out of a myriad I could give.
You wrote: "It has nothing to do with feelings, or emotions, or perceptions."
The second link: "Appealing to the emotions rather than to logic or reason."
The distinctions you make in the other thread don't appear to be shared by others. At least one of the linked websites comments that the definition has broadened over the last 100 years.
