I did an outdoor transport of my Canon Pro 2000 following all the procedures recommended in the manual. Upon arrival at the destination, I turned the machine back on, I used a new maintenance tank and all cartridges removed before. However, they were not enough for the procedure, so I had to buy another set of new cartridges. I believe there was some failure, because even after using all the new cartridges, the printer is still running low on ink and the second new maintenance tank is almost full. Also, although always using 160ml cartridges, one of them was read as one of 700ml. Now the printer does not work because it is low on ink. I'm afraid of using new (and expensive) cartridges and everything will fall back into the maintenance tank. I wondered if there was a way to reset the printer
and this subtank or cartridge ink level detector. But I don't know if this is possible. Has anyone been through this and / or have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
