Hey Lula! First time post and longtime lurker on the forums.
I have a few questions regrading these bodies.
I'm looking to be shooting film on it for now but in the future get a digital back for it, so I can shoot both formats.
I understand the Pro II has some redesigned features in it for reliability and half shutter speeds. Are there any other main differences between the two?
My main questions are what are the options adapter wise for these cameras? I see an adapter plate for them but all say Pro IID, which is throwing me off. If the Pro is able to have an adapter placed on the back what would I need to make if functional for digital? What cables, adapters, etc would I need? I have the same question for the Pro II.
Which would you fine folks recommend? I'm not looking for a Pro IID due to the much higher price, but I understand the IID is already set up for a DB without the need of a cable attached to the back.
My ideas down the road were to do M mount most likely.
I know this get asked quite often, my apologies. I just want to be sure before I make any decisions.
