Melting Pool, High Uintas Wilderness, Utah. Hiked up well above the tree line to get this image.

I can't help but draw the parallel to an Adams work that is similar. Love the contrast of rock, water and ice. Can't say I like the grunge on the ice, though. It may be real and it may be natural, but it's not something I could live with.
