I posted this over in the MF Forums, but would love to get as many responses as possible from as many different types of photographers as possible;
Hello everybody,
As some of you may have noticed my presence on the forums has greatly decreased lately, because I have been working very hard on a new medium format digital back company that I have created. We received an initial round of funding and have begun the prototyping process. Currently we are looking to raise a second round of funding, as part of that we have created a survey to help us create the best possible product that will appeal to as many people as possible. Brian - best of luck, but I think you should take open comments - what people want is not necessarily what they got before.

Hope so. A square camera with WLF (optical or electronic) is how I'd rather go with DMF. dSLR type are great for smaller formats.

Would love some panoramic formats for landscape photography - 612 or 617 formats, or scaled down versions at the same aspect ratio (e.g. 20x60mm or 30x60mm to go with digital MF lenses). The current 41x54mm offerings seem like a complete waste if you're throwing out more than half the sensor area to produce a 1:3 aspect ratio like 617 film.
And CMOS for good live view.

Perhaps it's six feet under. The Pentax 645Z, High-megapixel 35mm cameras, mirrorless/tech cam options, and affordably priced second-hand MFD backs have shifted the market dynamics for small startups wanting to play in the big sensor arena.
