Can any 645 users recommend some quality SD cards? I've only used CF cards, mainly the Transcend and SanDisk brands with 1000x – where as the SD cards appear to tap out at 600x.

I'm using the SanDisk 32 GB Extreme Series Class 10 SDHC cards I grabbed at Costco. Make sure that you don't go UHS class 3 as they are known to not be happy, that and they're 10x the price (4K video really likes them though).

Nothing faster than 45 mb/s matters.
Sandisk Extreme Pro 280mb/s uhs-2 sdhc iii- 10 continuous 17 sec
3 continuous 3 sec 9 sec clear
Sandisk Extreme (non pro) 45mb/s sdxc i – 10 continuous 16 sec
3 continuous 3 sec 8 sec clear
Sandisk Extreme Pro 95mb/s sdhc i – 10 continuous 18 sec
3 continuous 3 sec 8 sec clear
Sandisk Extreme Pro 30mb/s sdhc – 10 continuous 42 sec
3 continuous 3 sec 14 sec clear

Thanks for the suggestions!

I've always preferred Transcend and have never once had a problem with them. I use these:

I have tried slightly faster ones, and there is no advantage.

Good call, Nick - that's exactly what I ordered. Primarily, I use the Transcend brand and have never had an issue with them.
