The danger in lying down to make a shot like this one is that the pig may think you're one of her kids and wander over so you can suckle.

the nose rings are certainly quire fashionable.

I would think lying down in that field poses other dangers judging from the photo.

Thanks, Russ. There were, as Bob so correctly points out, more immediate problems with lying down in that field. You can see one of them in the foreground to the left ;).
I have to confess that I was standing up, half way up a bank from the road below, with my head at her ground level.
Petrus, I couldn't find out: I think she spoke only Welsh.
