Title: Epson SureLab SL-D700 - Gray Balance and network sharing
Post by: dtsiapas on March 03, 2015, 08:09:35 am
I have two main computers on my network and one of them is hosting the Epson SureLab SL-D700 via usb and it shares it on the network.

I have adjusted some of the Gray Balance settings on the host computer (that are applied to the printer) but when I print from the other computer on the network those settings are not used.

If the print jobs were set to be rendered on the host computer would this change anything?
Is there anyone else sharing the Epson SureLab SL-D700 on a network experiencing a similar behaviour?

Finally I found a solution! On the pc that the SL-D700 is attached the Gray Balance configuration files are saved in the path
"C:\ProgramData\EPSON\SL-D700\print"

I copied the files of that folder over to the other computer on the network under the same path and know it can print with the same Gray Balance configuration I have set on the host computer.
