Title: Why can't I select art media? Epson 4900

I'm trying to get prints out on deadline on an Epson 4900 using Harmon/Hann Matt Cotton Smooth. I'm in Mac 10.7, CS5 using an up to date profile from Hahnemuhle letting Photoshop do the color.  I've switched to matt inks. I want to choose Velvet Fine Art for media type and it's grayed out. What am I missing…? getting a bit desperate as Epson pro tech support is closed on Sunday… thanks in advance!!!

check the paper feed path.  I can't say about the 4900 but on the 38xx, you MUST select the REAR paper feed path (done at the Page Setup via a submenu for the size in question).  If you're running on roll paper, I can't say.
