Trash: -debated moving it out of frame but decided to leave it. Opinions one way or another?

Trash in street photography (and landscapes) is a problem.  I hate the far too obvious bright plastic bag lying on the lawn or the newspaper pages spread along steets and sidewalks.  A sighn of the times, I guess.

But in your photo, the trash doesn't really distract.  Maybe due to the subdued color.  Were it bright blue, it would stand out like a sore thumb.

Hi Todd, Whether or not the trash matters depends on what you want the picture to say. Ambiguity in street shots usually is a plus, but there's so much ambiguity here that I'm not sure what that shot's significance is. Technically it's good work but I don't get it.
