Post by: Bob Nicholson on January 30, 2015, 06:31:49 am
Hi folks,

Does anyone know haw to get the 3x3 grid to display in the viewfinder?
I can get it to display on the back screen in Live View, but I can only get the viewfinder to display the 6x4 grid.

Cheers
Bob

Hi Bob,

From what I can see in the manual, the VF grid and the LCD Live view grids are two different things. There is only an on/off switch in the ViewFinder menu settings.

Cheers,
Bart

Hi Bart
I feared that was the case.

I looked for this as well. All I have found for the VF is on/off. But the VF grid is quite nice. Easy to see but not intrusive at all. I have played with both 3x3 and 6x6 on the back screen and can't decide which I like. The one I DON'T like at all is the 3x3 with the additional diagonal lines. I turned it right off.
