As is often the case during a photographic/artistic career, what the eyes see, and what the artist chooses to capture changes.. evolves and matures.
Michael, with the last two bodies of work you've put out.. Bangladesh and Antarctica, you've stepped up another level. I own the Bangladesh book (excellent!!), and will be waiting for your Antarctica portfolio.
congrats!!! and thanks for sharing the vision

I liked the Bangladesh book and even gave away a copy.
What I really like at the moment is the great shot of blue ice on the website tonight.
Every day I look outside at snow and ice and they never look white to me, gray, blue or whatever but never white. Yet I always have this feeling they will look better in white.
I am really glad to see a great shot of coloured ice up front.

As a pastor whose congregtion supports a medical mission to women and children in southern Bangladesh (which I have visited three times) and who was born and raised in north India, I am thrilled with your impressions of Bangladesh.
I hope, though, that others have already pointed out that the painting on the truck (Plate 45) shows NOT a rocket and flag, but rather the National Monument outside of Dhaka. Composed of 7 trapezoids, each representing an episode in the struggle for independence, it is the site of official visits by heads of state and a cherished Bangla icon.
