I've seen similar (but much less spectacular) formations on windy mountain tops, but these are really special.
I'm glad that you are doing much better than your former home country, Slobodan.

Rime ice can form some spectacular formations, as these images show. An interesting fact that is not obvious to most people is that rime ice belies the impression that it gives about which way the wind was blowing. It grows into the wind and not away from it.
