Now THERE's ambiguity! Good shooting, Peter.

One of your best, Peter!

Ha, terrific!

Really excellent work.
Did it jump out at you or did it require patience?

Thanks. After seeing the poster I knew it would just be a matter of time before an appropriate subject would pass by. It was about a fifteen minuet wait. Many variations on this made during my wait.

Not just "F/8 and Be there," but more like "F/8 and Be there for as long as it takes."
You are making good use of the goldmines that you come across.

Thanks all for your comments...

Patience isn't something I have. Five minutes in one place is enough especially if people start noticing you. Peter your patience has paid off here and rewarded you with a fine image.

I always get noticed...I find it's learning to get comfortable hanging around in any spot, and then you disappear. Many of the places I shoot, I visit often, very often. By waiting and looking lots comes my way. Remember this is NYC, crazy and ever changing. Within seconds the cast of characters refreshes.

While I like the shot I fail to see what's so ambiguous about it !?

"When I use a word," Humpty Dumpty said in rather a scornful tone, "it means just what I choose it to mean -- neither more nor less."
"The question is," said Alice, "whether you can make words mean so many different things."
"The question is," said Humpty Dumpty, "which is to be master - - that's all."
Nice...

Well done! Compelling little tableau, that photo.
