Title: Instagramy / Light Leaks plug in for Photoshop CS6

There seem to be tons of plug ins and I am having trouble filtering to find the best ones; does anyone recommend a plug in for CS6 that will allow me to make images look "instagrammy" or "Light Leakey"?
