  What are the differences between the TIFF Preview when you Export?

16 bits/ channel will allow you to push colors further without clipping in post production. The file sizes will be a LOT bigger than 8 bit (Although using LZW compression will allow for a smaller file size without losing quality).

If you do extensive post production in Photoshop etc. after exporting form Phocus, choose this. Otherwise, 8 bit is more than enough.

Dennis - for the amount of post you do, the standard 8 bit Tiff will probably suffice. Do as much as you can in Phocus at the raw stage and that helps even further.
