I prefer by far clipped clouds and moderate clarity to "HDR style" in this case.

I'd rather this was shot on the other side of the reeds. Lovely scene.

It's the sense of peeking at the sunrise through the foreground reeds that makes this shot visually engrossing. Without them it would be much less so.

I see the gators eyes... the two white spots at the bottom right?  Gator is about 80' long and a 15' wide face?  Too bad you didn't get a picture of him breaching.

PS - You should edit some teeth in the bottom there below the eyes... opacity say of 60%?

I might have considered moving past the reeds except it is named Gator Lake for a very good reason. This fella is about 14 foot and never ventures more than 35-40 feet from where I made this shot.
