Title: user defined print presets missing

Lightroom5 and Photoshop cc are losing my User Defined Print size Presets it has happened twice now all that shows are the default presets,they both disappear  at the same time  what could be the problem . I am useing  an epson 9890 pro printer. all the best les rigby from australia ???

Do you mean “User Templates” which can be found to the left of the screen in the “Template Browser” ?.  There should be three expandable panels – “Preview”, the “Template Browser”, and “Collections”.  As far as I know, being a newcomer to Lightroom, the User Templates are the only way to save printing presets in Lightroom.  More experienced users can correct me if I am wrong.

Since posting this post i have now realized it is in the paper settings in the printer diologe box down the bottom where you put the paper sizes in "User Defined . I am using an Epson 9890 pro 44" printer
