Title: New Portable Computer would like to move Lightroom 5

I have a Lightroom 5 license and have installed 2 instances; one on my home PC and one on my portable for when I'm away. I have just recently bought a new Portable and would like to install on it and remove it from my old portable.

Have done this once before with CS 5 and was able to deactivate then reactivate. I can't seem to find reference on how to do this for Lightroom 5 (stand alone, not CC) on the Adobe site. Before I contact Adobe, does anyone have the answer as to how I should do this?

Lightroom does not require deactivation like Photoshop.
