Post by: michael on September 03, 2014, 10:04:06 am
This topic is for discussion of the image and commentary found in Michael's Phlog (http://www.luminous-endowment.org/pages/phlog1.html) titled Contemplation in Red (http://www.luminous-endowment.org/pages/phlog9.html).

Love it. This one is all about the composition, and the reciprocal color.

Without the photographer's anticipation of an event about to happen, this image would never have been made. How satisfying!

Who is this boy? Where is he? Why is he staring down at the balloon?

That's not a balloon, Michael. It's a red crayon, and the boy is only two inches tall!  ;)

Wonderful puzzle-shot!

I love how boy's posture reflects the statue reflection (pardon the pun).
