Not boring but over-processed for my tastes. A more subtle treatment would be better suited. I would also straighten the image (make the palm trees vertical). I like the geometry of the fence and the chair.

It is a simple picture but I find the geometry interesting. Also, I sometimes get carried away with the "clarity" adjustments in LR, and was curious about the opinion of other people in this regard.
