If you use the eco.copyright.cov Electronic Deposit Upload form, make sure you don't have any characters that are not allowed. For example: an underscore (_) is okay but dashes or hyphens (-) are not.

For individual image names or for zip file names or both?

It apparently doesn't make a difference. However I was uploading approxiamtely 50  very reduced in size  individual  level 8 JPEGS. For registration purposes  I reduced the size to 900 pixels on the long side

Among other other characters that are not accepted are quotation marks
