Title: Epson makes good on a bad chip on an ink cartridge.

I had a bad chip which made my cartridge appear to be full it was not. I purged ink when I discovered the problem thanks to this forum I called Epson they are giving me three ink cartridges of my choice, for my trouble. What do you know. David
