Title: Printing on the back side of IGFS

Each year I print cards for an artist friend. They need to be printed on both sides. I have been using Museo artist cards but she has asked for a glossier paper for her latest work. As an experiment, I have printed on the back side of IGFS, and it looks good. It takes a minute or two to dry but, after that, it is fine. Finding double sided card stock is like looking for needles in haystacks. I'm wondering if anyone has tried this or has any experience or can recommend an alternative.

I recommend all Hahnemuehle papers, they have no anti-curling layer on the back, so the print is instantly dry. I also use ironing press to get rid of paper curl, and Hahnemuehle papers tolerate the heat (even very high temperatures) without any issues. Here's an example created on Hahnemuehle Baryta FB:

Hahnemuhle Baryta is only glossy and coated on one side.

Red River makes a 320gsm double-sided glossy paper, 'Pecos River'. It's fibre-based (alpha-cellulose), not resin-coated, unlike many other glossy papers. I wouldn't use it for long-term archival purposes, but it's great for cards.

Thanks, I only want gloss on one side so that my friend can write on it. 320GSM would be good though. The Museo cards are pretty light and tend to bend in Sydney's humidity.

Last week I did some backside printing of text on William Turner, HP Matte Litho-Realistic, way better than expected.
