Title: Iceberg - Greenland Fjord
Post by: Antony Watson on June 15, 2014, 09:50:42 pm: I took this picture from a Zodiac in a Fjord in Greenland August last year.

Looking forward to heading back there in August this year co-leading another expedition into the Arctic with Joshua Holko.

I guess my addiction to Polar photography brings a new meaning to the term "Ice Addict"

I thought about a tighter crop.. but I couldn't do it. I need to be a bit more aggressive with my cropping :)

Really nice as is, but I also wonder how the big berg would look if its dominance of the scene reflected its apparent size.

Post by: luxborealis on June 18, 2014, 07:40:15 pm: It might seem trivial, and I've read what you said about cropping, but even a smidge off the right side (equivalent to the .com in the watermark) would put the berg a little more off-centre to create more of a circular movement in the photograph, instead of the more static view as it stands now.
