Title: threads after Sept 10 are missing

It looks like at least some threads that were posted after Sept 10 have gone missing.  Did we lose a couple of days worth of postings during the changeover???

Yes, it looks like there was a 'choke' on the 10th followed by the crash on the 13th - you can tell how technical I am   :laugh:
Lots of complete threads have also vaporized but we will start anew

The good news is that this forum now feels quite sprightly

I like the "new look" very clean and easy on the eyes.

If you go to your control panel, click on the "Account Options" tab, and then choose the select box for "Board 'Skin'", you can test two other graphical layouts:

 - "Grey" shows a "Luminous Landscape" logo instead of the ikonboard logo.

 - "Luminous2003" gives you a look similar to that of the main web site.

Some threads did not disappear completely, just some of their recent postings.

Also, each thread at this forum (others as well?) is duplicated.

Yes the forum software was under so much stress that it didn't perform a compete backup, and then it crashed.  So what you see is what you get for now.  Its the people that make this place great, and they're back so we have 90% of our assets.  Sorrry for the trouble, but its the best I've been able to do.

Thank you for doing what you have; obviously the great majority of what was here before the crash is back. Your efforts are definitely appreciated.
