Title: California Set
Post by: 7h3C47 on May 31, 2014, 06:24:44 pm
I just got my first circular polarizer right before a trip to visit an old friend in California.  Below are a few shots from Tuna Canyon (near Malibu), Crystal Cove (near Newport), and Balboa Park (San Diego).  Thanks for looking!

Except for the last two, get up earlier or stay out later or move perpendicular to the sun to crested more interesting side and backlighting.

Yeah, that would have been nice!  Unfortunately I was with a group of 3 friends, none of which were photographers, so all of the beaching/hiking was done in the 11am-3pm range each day as there was no real case for them getting up at 4am or staying out until 8pm each day.  If I were solo out there, that's what I would have done.
